We are looking for a strong team leader to supervise a team of 20 cleaning staff who has experiencing of carrying out cleaning audits. The Facilities service within County Hall. We have a team of cleaners responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building.
The Cleaning Supervisor will report to the Facilities Manager
The role
Direct/Supervise the work of a team of cleaning staff, delegating work appropriately, providing clear guidance and motivating staff to achieve service objectives and quality standards.

We are offering:
A starting salary of £7,323 - £7,470
