Due to the promotion of the current postholder, the Governors of this friendly, welcoming and inclusive school seek to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational practitioner to the post of Deputy Headteacher for January 2020.
The successful candidate will:
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a wide experience of primary education.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, influence and inspire staff through a proactive, solution-based and collaborative approach.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with young people.
• Have an ability to take leading management responsibilities.
The Deputy Headteacher will work alongside the Headteacher to lead the school into the next phase of its development with a strong focus on further raising standards and achievement.
Visits to the school for prospective candidates have been arranged for 1 pm on Thursday 12th September and 11 am on Monday 16th September. Please inform the school by telephone or email if you intend to attend any of these dates.
Shortlisting will take place on Monday 23rd September.
Interviews to be held on Wednesday 2nd October and Thursday 3rd October.
