In exchange for your enthusiasm, highly developed teaching skills and your commitment to raising the standards of teaching and learning in GCSE maths, you will receive the full support of the College’s management team.

You will have excellent communication skills and be approachable when dealing with learners and your colleagues.

Your main client group will be 16-18 year old learners, but you will also work with less experienced colleagues to ensure high levels of attainment in maths across the College. As such you will need to be able to observe and evaluate the quality of teaching and share your experience with colleagues.
