Northern Education Trust is a DFE approved charity that sponsors academies to ensure that every student achieves their full potential. The Trust sponsors 21 academies; 10 secondary and 11 primaries across the North of England in ten Local authority regions. There may be some requirement to travel to academies across the Trust.

We are seeking an Attendance and Cover Manager at Red House Academy to lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with academy targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

You will have first-rate organisational and ICT skills including the ability to multi task and manage a number of conflicting priorities in order to support all related matters.
