Teaching Assistant – Early Years
Temporary until August 2021
Term time only
Variable hours contract range 25-32, initially 30 hours per week
Band 3 point 5 to point 6
£18,795 to £19,171 [FTE] per annum
£12,755 to £13,010 Pro rata

Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join their very successful team from January 2020 to support teaching and learning in Early Years.

Governors seek an individual who:
* has the highest expectations of pupil performance and attitude to learning
* is able to work well within a team demonstrating a positive attitude, enthusiasm
and a sense of humour
* has good organisational and interpersonal skills
* demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the school in the wider community
* has a DfE approved Early Years qualifiation – level 2 or above
* experience in Early Years
* have excellent classroom management skills
* knowledge of Read, Write, Inc.
