We are looking for a suitably experienced Assistant Team Manager to provide maternity cover within the Children with Disability Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team, based at the Sandhill Centre. The team assess, monitor and review Child In Need, Child Protection and LAC Plans including managing cases in Care Proceedings. You will provide supervision to Child & Family workers who work alongside Social Workers within the team. You will be expected to deputise for the Team Manager and will be expected to chair Strategy Meetings, Team Meetings, PLO Meetings and support and oversee less experienced staff with cases in the Court arena. You will work alongside the Team Manager and support in attending internal and external panels.
Please note, all applicants must have successfully completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and preferably have experience of supervising/supporting staff.
