We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Assistant
Salary: Grade B, SCP 3 (actual salary £4,045 pa)
10 hours per week, term time only
St. Robert’s is a highly successful 11–18 Catholic School with 1,600 students (450 in the Sixth Form). In 2019, 76% of Year 11 students attained a pass grade in both English and Mathematics. Our Year 13 performed excellently with approximately half of grades at A Level being A* to B.
We are looking to appoint a lunchtime assistant to work as part of a team to monitor pupil behaviour during KS3 and KS4 lunch.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• To supervise students at lunchtime to help maintain good conduct around the school.
• To report any Safeguarding concerns to a member of the Safeguarding Team and to follow the school Safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
• To challenge pupils where necessary and report any issue to the relevant member of staff on duty.
