Our Lady & St Bede Catholic Academy and the Directors of Carmel Education Trust invite applications for a Receptionist Administrator.
The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the School Business Manager and be based at our reception areas. The successful candidate will deal with face to face and telephone enquiries and be the first point of contact for all our stakeholders.
We are looking to appoint a calm, professional, confident and empathetic individual who has the ability to maintain these qualities in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will be;

- Have a cheerful and positive attitude
Working hours for the post during term time will typically be;
Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 4:15pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 4:15pm
Working hours during school holidays will typically be the same working pattern.
