The governors of our friendly, inclusive and high-achieving school are seeking to appoint a Lead for English and a member of the Senior Leadership Team who has the experience and passion about developing students to think, to love and make excellent progress in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of an excellent primary English curriculum ensuring all our pupils make outstanding progress in English through key leadership actions. As the KS1 Phase Leader, you will be responsible and accountable for securing the highest standards of pupil achievement across the phase group through a process of effective monitoring, evaluation, reporting and reviewing of learning, progress and teaching outcomes.
