Do you want to be at the forefront of leading and delivering change within the police service?

Cleveland Police is looking for people with the right skills and abilities to help deliver the vision of the Chief Constable by supporting and leading Force projects, change initiatives and service improvement reviews.

You’ll be right for this role if you have experience of implementing and managing organisational change projects and are able to lead and support a team of Project Officers to deliver successful improvements in service design and delivery. You will also have a passion and drive for innovation and helping us to improve.
To be a Senior Project Officer within our Corporate Services Team, you must be methodical and logical in your approach and able to scope, plan and deliver work programmes to achieve defined outcomes.

We’re a busy Force, with lots of change, so you must be able to work to demanding timescales.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a clear ability to translate data into information and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

Experience of working in change or project management environment is essential along with a working knowledge of lean management tools and techniques.
