An opportunity has arisen within Development and Housing Services for a Student Placement Trainee Planner. This role is likely to be suited to a undergraduate of a relevant Town Planning degree who is looking for a placement in a dynamic and varied work environment from June 2020 for one year.
The post-holder will be a member of a team responsible for ensuring pro-active management of the Council’s planning development management function, including the provision of an effective service relating to householder and minor proposals and associated enforcement / monitoring work.
Applicants should be educated to A Level or equivalent AND be studying towards a Town Planning Degree.
Interviews are scheduled to be held week commencing 9 March 2020.
