Overall the service employes 130 care staff and 30 support services staff across the 5 sites.

Our Homes accommodate 25 young people aged 6 - 17, our main aim is to offer an exceptional family focussed caring environment where children and young people can feel safe and excelled in their abilities and futures. The service is regularly inspected by Ofsted, currently Kyloe House Secure Children’s Home is rated as Good.  It is crucial that everyone in our team is committed to the best safe care of our young people.  We have vacancies for a Control Room Officer at Kyloe House a national secure children’s home with education based at Stannington near Morpeth. The Role The role will require you to work a 3 week shift pattern equating to 26.58 hours per week. You will work under the direction of the Home Manager and as part of a team.  The control room officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are provided to the staff, visitors and young people at all times.
