We are looking to recruit a senior children’s practitioner who will be the lead in our baby room with minimum of NVQ level 4, NNEB, Cache Diploma, or equivalent in early years/childcare with experience.

Our busy baby room is a six place room for babies 0-18 months old where we are proud to start their journey through Hippitots. We are looking for a baby room lead to oversee the care and learning of babies, working alongside our EYP and experienced staff.

Purpose of Post:

• To ensure a high standard of intellectual, physical, emotional and social care for the children, within statutory and regulatory requirements throughout the setting;
• To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Early Years Professional (EYP)
• To be a key person in Hippitots;
• To support children through all the development stages of the EYFS;

Key Areas:

Work with children aged 0 - 12 years;

• Team work;
• Liaise with Parents/carers
• Implement management team decisions

Hours of work: Permanent 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday all year round within hours of 7.30am till 6pm. Overtime maybe available.

Pay: £17,940.00 - £18,525.00 (negotiable) per year salaried.
