The 1Excellence Multi Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust of 2 schools but with plans to grow to 4 primary school in 2020. It was set up in July 2017, and is a mixed MAT. The vision and rationale behind the wider partnership is based on shared values and aspirations, a strong sense of community identity and values of inclusion and aspiration for all.
The Board is seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader to join their Senior Leadership Team in the role of Head of Finance and Operations. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual who will lead and manage the Finance and Business functions across the Academy Trust.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a part or fully qualified accountant.
• Be a successful innovator of improvement who is able to demonstrate positive impact
• Have a clear vision of future development opportunities.
• Possess effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and steer others towards achieving successful objectives.
• Have a successful track record of finance leadership with experience of creating a healthy, sustainable business and income generation
• Have the passion and drive to help the school realise its vision and potential.
