The Role: Housing Plus Officer (Fixed term for 6 months)
Based at one of our Housing Plus schemes for Older People, you will support independent living and create positive and vibrant communal living spaces. This will involve developing community networks and providing low level person-centred support as well as working with a range of partners. You will have responsibility for building and tenancy management. The majority of schemes are staffed for 3.5 hours each day, so full time officers will work across two schemes. We have 2 vacant posts, working 37 or 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during office hours.

The Person: Passionate about working with older people, with great communication skills and an understanding of how good housing support can enhance customer's lives. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer focussed.
