The Roles:

Role 1
Due to growth within the service, an exciting opportunity has arisen to manage a team of frontline staff within our Supported Living Service. The team delivers tenancy support and housing management to our Extra Care, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health supported accommodation; working closely with specialist external organisations and Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will work Job Share with an existing manager in the team. This is a permanent position.

Role 2
You will be managing a team of frontline Support Workers. The team delivers tenancy support and housing management to our Young Persons Hostel and Young Persons Supported Accommodation, working closely with external organisations and Children’s Social Care. This post is a full time permanent position.

The Person:
As an inspirational leader, you will bring enthusiasm and a passionate drive to improve both our services and the lives of people who use them. Engendering a strong team spirit, and encouraging creativity and accountability that puts the customer at the heart of all that we do, will be critical to success in the role. You will work collaboratively and have a good understanding of housing management and support services.

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or can evidence work experience that demonstrates a level of knowledge and application of knowledge that would satisfy a graduate standard.

You will have a strong track record of managing high performing and high quality supported housing accommodation which produces exceptional outcomes for customers

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
