The Regulatory Delivery Officer will be responsible for the development of enhanced service delivery of Public Protection and Regulatory Services through the maintenance, improvement and development of the existing case management system, IDOX.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring our services are delivered to high standards and are digitally enabled. You will need to have detailed knowledge of the IDOX software and Enterprise task management system. Ideally you will be aware of the role of Environmental Health, Licensing and Trading Standards.

You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and be committed to customer service excellence. You should possess strong organisational and analytical skills, be able to provide expertise on systems and recording processes, as well as be able to develop policies and ensure monitoring systems are in place.

You should ideally have knowledge and understanding of Access data bases and Power Bi in order to help extrapolate data from Idox for various statutory returns and performance indicator monitoring,

Additionally, you will be required to develop the Service’s Document Management and Public Access systems, and support internal system users in this respect

This role will also oversee the organisation of systems to ensure collection of fees, fines and civil penalties.
