School Minibus Driver
Fixed Term Contract - Part Time (10 Hours Per Week,) Term Time Only

Salary £18,426 Full Time- (approximately £4,222.17 per annum pro rata to a term time only contract)
We are looking to appoint two minibus drivers on a job share basis to complete a school bus route both before school and after school. One post would be from approximately 6:45am to 8:45am, with the other being from approximately 3:30pm to 5:30pm. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, and able to cover both shifts if required i.e to cover absence.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of driving a minibus, perhaps in a school setting. You may have knowledge of the Gateshead and Hexham area, although the route is already planned. Other than driving the minibus, you will be responsible for carrying out pre and post journey vehicle checks, keeping the vehicle clean and tidy, and assisting and supervising the students.
You must have a full, clean UK licence with a D1 (or D) entitlement.
