Together for Children recognises and values the contribution and diversity of Educational Psychologist roles and seeks to expand this resource by appointing a dynamic and innovative team-oriented practitioner. You will join a Service at an exciting time with opportunities to make a difference, enhance the well-received Service Level commissioned offer and expand new Corporate and Service working practices, pathways and interventions.

Opportunities exist for the successful candidate to develop specialist knowledge and skills linked to ‘Preparation for Adulthood’ frameworks, across all ages and transition stages.

This will include a commitment to providing relevant and purposeful assessment linked to educational and psychological principles, theories and research to affect significant change, IMPACT educational achievement and psychological well-being.

In conjunction with its Statutory responsibilities you will be part of a team that seeks to deliver responsive commissioned services to schools and other settings, with scope to offer a rich, and diverse portfolio of activities. This will incorporate early intervention strategies, consultative approaches, psychometric investigation, therapeutic techniques and training to support children, young people and families using individual, group and organisational systems and processes.
