Working within Housing Services, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants, mainly by telephone.
You should have experience of working with customers in a busy and challenging environment. You must have effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
Effective IT skills and the ability to accurately capture data whilst managing customer expectations are also essential.
