Redcar and Cleveland Children's Services are seeking to employ for a 6 month temporary contract 2 suitably experienced full time minute takers to support our Independent Reviewing Officers with Child Protection Conferences and Child in our Care Reviews.
You will be a quick and precise typist with the ability to record all relevant information, preferably with a knowledge of Child Safeguarding, although not essential.
The role will involve the accurate recording of the meeting, using a laptop to take the notes.
You will be required to prepare templates prior to each meeting and upload the completed minutes to our bespoke database.
You will be supported by team members and the Safeguarding Business Support Manager.
Currently all meetings are being held virtually on either Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting, so an understanding of how these work would also be an advantage. We hope to resume some face to face meetings later in the year.

Previous applicants need not apply.
Applications for working Job Share will be considered.
