Leading the Children’s Care directorate, encompassing Early Help, Assessment and Care Planning, Safeguarding and Looked After Children you will have the drive to lead and manage a diverse group of staff and work with our partners to help us deliver our improvement plan.
The successful applicant will be an excellent people manager, be able to establish a strong performance culture and ensure rigorous financial monitoring and control.
You will be part of a strong supportive Corporate Leadership Team in an authority that is going places.
