We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team of professionals. This post is temporary fixed term until 31/08/21.

You will perform a key role in supporting the children in reading in KS2.

The successful candidate will:
- Be trained and deliver ‘Better Reading Partnership’
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistants qualification
- Confidently support small groups and individual children
- Able to use own initiative
- Support quality first teaching of children alongside the class teacher
- Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Have a commitment to safeguarding and well-being of children
- Be able to use ICT to support learning
