We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team of professionals at Bexhill Academy.
We are looking for someone who can work directly with children to support them in their learning needs.
This is a fixed term appointment until 31st August 2021
The successful candidate will:
• Hold a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved
• Have the ethos and philosophy to build good relationships with children and parents,
• Have a commitment to safeguarding and well-being of children
• Have experience of supporting children with a variety of learning needs
