We have a temporary part-time Social Worker vacancy within the Sedgefield Locality Team.

The Team enjoys excellent working relationships with colleagues in Health and other statutory and non-statutory organisations.

The Social Worker is responsible for completing assessments of need, care planning and reviewing and working within multi-disciplinary settings for Adults with a physical disability and Older People.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have an up to date knowledge of multi-agency working and the associated adult care agenda.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 30th September, 2020. (via teams video )

Required Qualifications: DipSW or recognised equivalent, current Registration with Social Work England, together with experience of working with the client groups serviced by the team.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
