Level 3 Apprenticeship (15 months)
We have a number of business administration apprenticeship opportunities available in the following Housing Department areas;
(1) Lifeline Services office based team
(2) Housing Options office based team
(3) Tenancy Management office based team
The Apprenticeship will enable you to develop a range of administrative and clerical skills. You will provide a range of administrative support duties including dealing with enquiries from customers over the telephone, at the counter and in writing, post duties, filing, scanning and other tasks related to administration in a large organisation.
You will be required to develop your organisational and communication skills and your use of Information Technology (Microsoft Office). You will also learn how to use other in-house computer packages.
You must also have the ability to work within the boundaries of confidentiality and the guidelines of data protection to ensure that our customer’s information is protected. There is also a requirement for the successful applicant to be flexible and sociable with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
You will be expected to complete an Apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2 or Business and Administration Level 3 (depending on experience).
