Working Pattern: 37 hours / 39 weeks

We are seeking an Attendance and Cover Manager to lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with academy targets. To oversee staff cover within the academy and line manage the Cover Supervisors within the academy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
You will have first-rate organisational and ICT skills including the ability to multi task and manage a number of conflicting priorities in order to support all related matters.
