Marine Park is a purpose built, PFI School on an extensive and attractive coastal site in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. The school is the largest First School in North Tyneside, currently attracting and serving 520 pupils from a wide catchment.
The Governors of this successful, large, friendly and happy First School invite applications for the post of Y3 Class Teacher (Part-Time 0.5 Job Share). We are looking to appoint a teacher to work as part of a job share, year group and wider school team, contribute to the outstanding education, safety, welfare, wellbeing, happiness and behaviour that we strive to achieve for the pupils at school.

The post is to cover a maternity leave so will last until the return if the post holder (provisionally July 2021).The post is likely to commence in February 2021 (exact date to be confirmed) and would be suitable for a newly or recently qualified or experienced teacher.

The successful applicant will have:
• Exemplary classroom practitioner skills
• High expectations of pupils and be fully committed to raising standards for all pupils, whatever their needs
• Commitment to promoting excellence, enjoyment and Marine Park values within the school community
• Good interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to motivate and inspire
