The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator to our small however busy Insurance Team. You will be responsible in providing administrative and finance support to the various functions of the Insurance Section with day to day management of the Administration function of the Insurance Team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Insurance Compliance Manager with key functions of the team on tendering and renewal data exercises, maintaining our claims database and ensuring claims are recorded in a timely manner by the administration team. This will require excellent customer facing skills when dealing with claimants and or their representatives who are making an Insurance Claim against the council.

You will also be responsible for the timely recharging of departments for their Insurance contributions.
