Tynedale House is a 24 bed residential home for older people with a learning disability, and a 6 bed respite unit for people from the age of 18 with physical/ learning disabilities. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work as a care supervisor to support staff to meet their full potential following service objectives and quality standards. Duties will include the supervisions and appraisals of staff, working closely with the team to compile,and ensure that individual care plans are followed and updated. When on duty they will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and in the absence of the manager deal with any emergency situations that may arise. The individual should have some experience in a caring role and a level 3 in health and social care. Some IT experience is required.



The salary for this position is £11990 - 13238 per annum
