Part-time – 9.5 hours per week – Term time only
Required from 4th January 2021
The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced cleaner to work term time in the primary school. Duties will include general cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, dusting, mopping, and using an electric floor polisher. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques would be useful although training will be provided.
Barnwell Academy safeguards and protects its pupils and staff by being committed to respond in accordance with Sunderland Local Safeguarding Board Procedures. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
