We have several vacant posts for Relief Housing Support Workers to work across our Supported Accommodation Provisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join established and successful teams who provide accommodation for our care experienced young people, helping them to learn the skills and gain the confidence to live independently.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated workers with experience in working with young people and who have good availability to support our full-time workforce.
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
