The Service
Learning and Organisational Development are part of the HR/OD service, the team are responsible for Change & Improvement, Learning & Development, Leadership & Talent Management and Business Support for our systems and programmes. We are a small team who support all areas of NCC working collaboratively, innovatively to improve learning and development for all.

The Role
We are looking to appoint someone who is good at providing reports and quality assurance of systems and processes. We would welcome someone with innovative and creative ideas on how we can provide the most efficient ways to monitor, review and feedback on the successes of work related to apprenticeships and employablity. There will be an expectation to input data on a regular basis onto the Digital Apprenticeship Service and monitor training providers. This role will be to provide support to the L&OD Adviser and others within the L&OD Team.

Essential requirements:
- Level 3 or equivalent in subject(s) containing a reasonable amount of IT and statistics e.g. Maths with Statistics, Economics
- Knowledge of the workforce development in particular to apprenticeships and traineeships
