Further Information

The Care Connect Service are seeking to recruit a Telecare Control Operator who will assist in the provision of an equitable Countywide Care Connect service. Also to assist in the operation of the CCTV service and other functions provided within the Care Connect Control Centre. The post is temporary until 31 March 2022.

The post is 12 hours rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights with a weekly average of 37 hours.

Applicants should have 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) or equivalent together with having a customer care background.

Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 7 July 2021.
