NECA, in partnership with Gamcare, provides a range of free support for Gamblers, as well as friends and family who are affected. We provide a range of short and longer term treatment options either over the phone or face-to-face across the North East and North Yorkshire.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our established Gambling Service team.
Working across the North East region, the post holder will be responsible for the operational management, performance and development of the Gambling service ensuring safe and effective advice and treatment to minimise gambling-related harm through education, prevention and communication.
The post holder will provide leadership and management support to the team and will liaise closely with Gamcare to ensure the delivery of high quality services and compliance with CQC requirements.
The successful candidate will hold a Management qualification, Professional Diploma in a relevant field e.g. Health and Social Care, and will have previous experience of successfully managing staff teams and developing services.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
