An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Work Based Learning (WBL) Manager to join Education Partnership North East and manage the day to day apprenticeship curriculum in Construction and Motor Vehicle.

The successful post holder will be required to lead, motivate, develop and manage a team taking responsibility for performance management, personal development and target setting for individuals.

You will possess experience and a successful track record of managing apprenticeship delivery and whilst a background in Construction and / or Motor vehicle would be advantageous, it is not essential.

Applicants for this post should have drive and enthusiasm and possess good interpersonal and organisational skills.

Applicants must hold a valid driving licence and be mobile throughout the northeast region as this role will include travelling to employer premises.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
