North Tyneside Council Housing is offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious, professional and enthusiastic individuals to join the Housing Options team. We have a permanent, part time position available for (18 ½ hours per week).

We are looking for flexible individuals, who are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience, in a high performing environment. As a Housing Options officer, you will be play an important role in registering housing applicants. You will be responsible for carrying out housing assessments and providing housing advice to a range of customers, in line with the Council’s Letting’s Policy.

You will be a great communicator, who is performance driven, with experience of delivering an excellent customer service. A good working knowledge of Housing Services would be an advantage.
