Temporary post’s for up to 12 months to cover Maternity leave

Adult Social Care is rapidly changing in South Tyneside. We are continuing our exciting journey of change which focuses on supporting our residents to live healthier lives longer, promoting independence and wellbeing, whilst delivering personalised services in partnership with them.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to support the functions of the adults with learning disabilities team. This is a challenging position and you will undertake a range of assessments and interventions to ensure those adults with care and support needs and their families and carers’ achieve their desired outcomes.
