We are recruiting to our Education & Skills Service and looking for Senior/ Principal Advisers to help us drive change and continuous improvement across our school improvement services.

The school improvement function has been recently redesigned transitioning from a historically traditional approach to a more facilitative, collaborative and targeted model underpinned by consistency, quality assurance and robust service delivery. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong track in school improvement, evidenced though leadership of your own school and through wider school improvement interventions across other schools. Your experience of senior leadership within a school or education context demonstrates your ability to identify and understand challenges and solutions.
