Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council are seeking to recruit a young person support worker in the leaving care team to deliver support and group work with young people age 16-25. The young person support worker will work with young people to promote their wellbeing and develop their essential life skills to support their transition into independent living. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and compassionate and have experience of working with young people.
