The Headteacher and Governors of New York Primary School in North Tyneside are seeking to recruit full time experienced Class Teachers for KS1, KS2 and interventions across KS2, initially for a fixed term contract up to 31st August 2022.

We look forward to appointing an engaging, enthusiastic, highly driven classroom practitioner to our vibrant and welcoming school. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the curriculum and will embrace the opportunity to work collaboratively, in a supportive environment, as part of our experienced team.

Please include with your application a brief statement, 1 page (A4) of curricular strengths, how this would support pupil progress post COVID and what interests and experience you feel you would contribute to school. We are also interested in what subject area you could lead throughout school and what interests and experience you feel are relevant.
