We are looking for an enthusiastic solicitor to fill a permanent post in our busy Housing & Litigation Team.

This is to support delivery of the Council’s Selective Licensing and additional licensing Scheme including undertaking Tribunal appeals, advising committees, and advocacy in the Magistrates Court. The role will also include undertaking prosecutions in respect of environmental and other regulatory offences.

You will be a confident communicator with an attention to detail and an experienced advocate with the ability to solve problems in a pragmatic and timely way. Experience of prosecutions is desirable but not essential as you will be part of an experienced and supportive team.
