Sunderland Carers Centre is the centre point of support for all unpaid Carers in Sunderland, providing vital advice and support to families with caring roles.
Delivering services across the City of Sunderland area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Carer and Family Support Link Worker.
The successful candidate will have great communication and organisational skills and be able to provide solution focussed support to carers and their families.
The role includes supporting carers via telephone and face to face contact, attending meetings, facilitating carer peer support groups and providing information, advice and guidance.
