We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative class teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team – Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply
We are looking for a teacher who:
is a practising Catholic or who is willing to support the ethos and practices of our Catholic school
is a forward thinking teacher and demonstrate outstanding teaching across the curriculum
can create a stimulating, organised and interactive learning environment
is able to work as part of a team and foster positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents and governors
is prepared to make a valuable contribution to St Benet’s with a desire to be involved in all aspects of school life

St. Benet’s Catholic Primary School is part of Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust, a family of 5 secondary schools and 21 primary schools from across Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland, in the west of the Diocese. The Trust will expand to 30 schools by the end of 2021 and reach a total of 48 schools by 2022.
