We are seeking experienced individuals to provide administrative support to the Business and Sector Growth Team.

The Business Growth Support Officer role will provide extensive administrative and programme management support to our Peer Networks programme. This will include:
• Working collaboratively with internal and external organisations to achieve outcomes.
• Supporting with budget management, including raising invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinating the management and analysis of programme data, including maintaining CRM systems.

The Business Growth Support Officer (Growth Hub) role will front line the North East Growth Hub, working with internal teams and external partners. This will include:
• Managing incoming enquiries from a range of businesses, identifying business need and triaging calls to appropriate support.
• Outbound calling; engaging with business owners to gather intelligence and secure appointments for our Growth Hub connectors.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a sound knowledge of business systems and processes.
