The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, empathetic and friendly Family Support Worker to join our dedicated staff team. The Family Support Worker will work with families in a non-judgemental way to support attendance and behaviour and assist with access to support services and other educational opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they:
Can work effectively as part of a team
Can forge strong relationships with children, parents/carers, outside agencies and the wider community
Can take responsibility for and are committed to continued professional development
Will promote our school ethos and values
