Required for 1 September 2021 The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.

At Roseberry Primary & Nursery, our Governing Body are seeking a new Deputy Head Teacher who, in line with our mission statement, can provide a high quality inclusive education in a safe and nurturing environment, to inspire our pupils to foster a love for learning which enables them to achieve their full potential and equipping them with the skills to adapt in our ever-changing world.

Roseberry Primary and Nursery School is a welcoming and approachable school at the heart of the local community. We offer education to children aged 2-11, encouraging each child to become an enthusiastic and determined learner who is happy, confident, well-behaved and caring. We are also very proud of our strong wrap-around care provision and extra-curricular offerings. The quality of our leadership and management is key to securing the school’s success and raising standards.

Governors are looking for a leader who is dynamic, caring and passionate about making a difference to the educational and wider lives of our children. In return, we can offer the successful candidate a friendly and supportive staff team with enthusiastic pupils and a supportive school community.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
