SMART Multi Academy Trust comprises of eight primary schools in Newcastle. The Governors of North Fawdon Primary School are seeking to recruit a versatile and nurturing Support Assistant to work in our Reception class. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting pupils and be committed to provide high quality learning and developing independence in pupils.

We wish to appoint a motivated and passionate Support Assistant who will make a significant contribution to our school. Candidates must demonstrate good teamwork skills, be committed to raising standards and be able to contribute to the future success of the school and Academy Trust.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and talented team who are passionate about raising standards whilst providing memorable experiences through the curriculum and play to prepare our children for life. A good understanding of early language acquisition and the ability to develop early language skills is essential.
