An opportunity has arisen for an Employment & Development Advisor required until 31 December 2023.
We are seeking an individual with a commitment to supporting County Durham residents into work or self-employment who can demonstrate the ability to provide a holistic approach to employer engagement and to do so through building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers and with the objective of generating opportunities for progression. Applicants should be able to network and seek new opportunities which are suitable for our client group and feel confident in both working alone and with the team of Advisers to prepare clients to succeed in accessing such roles.
Applicants should have a Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or be able to demonstrate extensive relevant experience in the careers or employability sector AND have an IAG qualification at Level 4.
Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 24 June 2021.
