An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Advice Team where you would be contributing toward the prevention of homelessness.
1 x full time permanent and 1x full time (fixed 2 years)
For the role we will need you to have excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills, with a commitment to delivering a high quality housing options service.
You will have experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and be performance driven to ensure your own performance targets are met.
You will need to have an ability to understand homelessness and temporary accommodation statistics, prepare reports and be able to assist customers on a busy Housing Advice telephone line.
